1. SCOPE

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offerings by Studio Atha – including yoga classes, events, online courses, workshops, and retreats – regardless of format or location. In case of individual agreements, those terms take precedence over these general T&Cs.

2. BOOKING & CONTRACT

All offerings on www.studioatha.com represent a legally binding offer. By clicking “Book Now” or submitting a written registration via email, a contract is concluded. You will receive a confirmation email including all relevant details. Contracts may be concluded in German or English.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

Current pricing is listed at www.studioatha.com. Payment is generally due upon booking – either via bank transfer, third-party providers (e.g. SumUp, PayPal), or via Wellpass. All prices include applicable VAT.

4. CLASS PACKS & WELLPASS

5- and 10-class packs are valid only for our weekly yoga classes. They are transferable but non-refundable. Unused classes expire after their validity period. Participation via Wellpass is subject to their terms of use.

​

5. DISCOUNT CODES

Promo codes are valid only on www.studioatha.com and only within the stated timeframe. Only one discount code may be used per booking. Retroactive application is not possible.

6. SERVICES & CHANGES

Studio Atha offers in-person and online sessions. Online sessions are held via Zoom (Zoom Video Communications Inc.).
Studio Atha reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or cancel events if necessary. Participants will be informed via email.

 

7. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWEL ( EVENTS)

According to § 312g Sec. 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), no right of withdrawal applies to leisure-related services such as events or workshops.

8. PARTICIPANT RESPONSABILITIES

Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information and ensuring they meet any participation requirements (e.g. travel arrangements, health clearance). Participation assumes normal mental and physical health. If in medical or psychological treatment, please consult your doctor or therapist before joining. Please inform the teacher of any health conditions before class.

9. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS (EVENTS & RETREATS)

You may cancel your booking at any time. The following cancellation fees apply:

• up to 57 days before the event: 50% of the price

• from 56 days before: 100% of the price

You may provide a substitute participant at no additional cost.

10. CANCELLATION BY STUDIO ATHA

Studio Atha may cancel events if the minimum number of participants is not met or in the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure). In such cases, any payments made will be refunded. We do not reimburse travel or accommodation costs.

11. LIABILITY

Participation is at your own risk. Studio Atha is not liable for any damage except in cases of gross negligence or intent. We do not assume liability for third-party services (e.g. travel arrangements). Studio Atha maintains liability insurance. Any liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical to the contract.

12. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

All content, online courses, materials, and login data are the intellectual property of Studio Atha and may not be shared or reproduced without written permission.

13. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

Photos and videos may be taken during events for use on our website or social media. By participating, you agree to this. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the person taking the footage.

14. DATA PROTECTION

Your data is stored and processed only to fulfill the services you booked. We do not share your data with third parties. More details: Privacy Policy

15. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any part of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. You may also use the EU platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
