An active break

Twenty minutes, in the room you are already in, and nobody changes clothes. A group sitting since nine needs waking up, not calming down.
Movement, breath and rest for team days, offsites and conferences. We bring the teacher and the set-up.
Twenty minutes to a whole day, made to fit.
Eight people to eighty, with a second teacher as the room grows.
From strength and mobility to yoga, breath, ritual and sound.

An active break

Twenty minutes, in the room you are already in, and nobody changes clothes. A group sitting since nine needs waking up, not calming down.
A session together

Forty-five to seventy-five minutes of yoga, mobility, strength or breath, anywhere between wild and mild. Most of what we do lands here.
A quiet close

At the end of a day: slow movement, breath, the floor. What was said lands, the system comes back up, and people walk into the evening ready for it.

(A break, 2024)
Someone who trains daily sits next to someone who hasn’t moved in years, and both have to be able to walk in. So we don’t start with a plank.

How it works
The opening of a strategy day needs something other than an active break at a conference. So the first question is always what the day is about, and the session is built from the answer.
Which teacher comes is chosen for that group and that day, and however big the room gets, nobody ends up watching from the back.
Knowing when a room stops following is most of this job. Bringing it back is the rest.
Where it goes
Kick-offs, openings for strategy days, the close of a management meeting, a wellbeing week, a summer offsite.
Longer formats are workshops rather than sessions: movement, then something with the hands, then the floor. We come into the room your day is happening in, or find you one: a house in the mountains, a studio, somewhere out of the city.
From €450 a session, €22.50 a head at twenty. A second teacher from 21 people. A whole day priced once we know its shape. All prices net.
