For Hotels
(Schlosshotel Neustrelitz, 2025)
Conference guests sit for eight hours. Twenty minutes between two sessions changes the afternoon, and the house is the one who offered it. We choose the teacher to match that group and that day — anywhere between wild and mild.
You can sell it on at your own price, the way you do with technical services or flowers. Every teacher is insured and qualified, and if someone falls ill, someone else comes.
It started with our work for edyn, when the Locke hotels in Munich opened; we have run that studio every Sunday since 2021.
Either you want one — more life in the house, something that isn’t there yet — or you already have one and it’s simply a lot of work: the schedule, the teachers, the cancellations. We build it, or we take it off your hands.
Guests only. The studio runs as part of the house. Your guests book it like anything else on the property.
Guests and the city. The same studio, open wider. We bring the schedule, Wellpass, Wellhub and Urban Sports, and the marketing — locals come in every week, and the house becomes an address in its own neighbourhood.
What it costs. Most of the time the house pays nothing: you give us the room, we take the class revenue. Or you pay for the sessions your guests use, and you know your cost per week.
A month from the first visit to the first class. The schedule moves with the house — up in season, down when it’s quiet.

Yoga, breathwork, longevity, spa, retreats, a timetable — everything claims to be the important part. We work out which of it belongs in your house: what you can carry, what you want, what fits.
We build the concept that belongs here — formats, names, words, objects, rhythm of the week — and train your own team to teach it. The effect comes from the fit.
There’s no flat fee for this: what a house needs here is never the same twice. It won’t be another spa.
